Greyhound Triptych.

Needing to complete my triptych, I decided today would be a good time to start my final of the 3 canvas paintings of my dog. I wanted to paint more of a close up view of my dogs face, so after quickly taking a few snaps of her this morning, decided on the image below to work from;

I need to create greater contrast between the shades and fix the eye, but I'm happy with my start :) 

Colours for the background that I am considering are a mint green, or another variation on purple/blue to match the first.

I've finally finished my artwork! All of my AS coursework has now been handed in :)

In the end I decided on a mint green for the background, so my pieces can complement each other as a three or be displayed as stand alone pieces.
